We believe that face-to-face meetings can help to promote a quicker understanding of the unique complexities each project brings with it. Where appropriate, we are more than happy to attend client or site offices to discuss project requirements. Our extensive team of field-based business development, area and technical sales managers work closely with our accomplished internal applications engineers to help with project specifications, ensuring the products quoted meet all requirements.
Once an order is placed, a dedicated contracts engineer will collate the individual unit requirements, and guide you through the intricacies of unit handings, spigot positions, wiring diagrams and delivery schedules, to ensure the correct product arrives at the right time.
Manufacturing
All Ability manufacturing is completed within the UK at our facilities in Poole, Dorset. This space has been specifically configured for Fan Coil production to ensure optimal control over the manufacturing process and costs, resulting in a high quality, cost effective product with direct, fast delivery to site.
Delivery
Our extensive range of logistics partners affords us access to a dedicated and reliable delivery service, offering an array of vehicles from curtain siders and tail-lifts to more specialist HIAB and Moffett vehicles suitable for the varying needs of each individual project. Out of hours services are also available.
In keeping with current requirements, in particular within the London area, deliveries are available to meet FORS and CLOCS standards.
