Holiday Express Hotels

Ability has supplied fan coils now for nearly one dozen Holiday Express Hotels throughout the UK.

The fan coils supplied are specially adapted Atlas units, either 2 pipe cooling plus electric heating or two pipe changeover with supplementary electric heating. Starting with a nearly standard unit, Ability has with it's client adapted, refined and tailored the 'Holiday Express' unit to suit and fit in within the limited space available.

The modifications enhance the acoustic performance and make installation and servicing an easier process. Siemens controls allow the room occupant to change the room set point and the fan speed. The control also has a set back feature which brings the fan on, even in an unoccupied room, if the temperature strays above or below two user definable temperatures.

This ensures that the rooms are prevented from drifting too far off the set point so that if a guest does arrive, the time to get the room back to a 'pleasant temperature' is short.
