Ability provides fan coils to Dell for new building on their existing Bracknell site. Ability 4 pipe fan coils were installed over 4 floors.
The Consultants had formulated their own project specific requirements which included easy removable external rotor motor fans and quick release electrical connectors.
To assist the installing contractor, Ability liaised with the controls company to guarantee 100% fan coil unit / control compatibility and the smooth running of this element of the contract.
Fan coils were carefully selected to achieve NR35 in an open plan office even with the units in close proximity with each other.
